Empowering Pearl with LLMs. I built the first LLM-powered chatbots across multiple business verticals (e.g. Health, Pets). I replaced Pearl’s old hardcoded responses with LLM-generated outputs, giving customers a more personalized experience.

Giving Pearl customer-focused objectives. Building on the first LLM-powered chatbots, I implemented new customer-focused logic. This logic helps Pearl stay on task and gather important details about the customer’s problem (e.g. learning their pet’s breed, learning their microwave’s brand).
